Standard Return Policy
You must return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange. After 30 days from the purchase date, all returns will be accepted on an inspection basis only.
When returning an item, please include a copy of the invoice. Note: If you purchased the product by logging into your online account, you will be able to find and print a copy of your invoice from the website.
For safety reasons we do not accept returns on ammunition, black powder, primers, reloading lead and brass bullets.
All electronics that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty should be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair after 30 days.
Items not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty may be returned on an inspection basis only.
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return. Please include a copy of your invoice along with the product.
If you are requesting a refund, the refund will be issued in the same method that was used to purchase the merchandise. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Replacement Only Return Policy
Products that are deemed non-refundable must be returned within 30 days of the invoice purchase date. Products covered by this policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item and cannot be refunded.
Final Sales Policy
Some products are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
Out Of Stock Items
If you purchase an item and it is out of stock, you will be notified and refunded for the item.
